ULoveNY is an online application that helps people find recreational, cultural and entertainment services and restaurants in and around the City of New York. This is accomplished by soliciting and aggregating reviews from people throughout the country. Users of the site view videotaped reviews that are posted on the ULoveNY site. These reviews can be accessed and read by all ULoveNY users.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, a "user" is defined as someone using the ULoveNY site and a "reviewer" is someone who has supplied a review.
