Q - What is ULoveNY?

ULoveNY is the only online video library where you can find thousands of candid, unbiased video reviews for you to peruse through for your information as well as entertainment. It's where people like you like to review.

Q - Does ULoveNY cost money?

No! You do not have to pay to watch or comment on our videos. You do, however, need to register
(it's FREE).

Q - Why use ULoveNY?

There are lots of sites out there with written reviews of venues all over the city. But here at ULoveNY, you can see the actual people giving a review. Why settle for anonymous writing when you can see and listen to a live person on video? No one else does what we do. Remember, we're not different to be different. We're different to be better.

Q - The videos aren't loading. Why?

Please check your internet connection. ULoveNY works best for those with a broadband connection. Also, please make sure you have the latest version of Flash, found here. We also suggest you download Firefox or Safari for free as your browser for the best viewing experience. If you are still having problems, please e-mail us at info@ULoveNY.com

Q - How do I register?

Click on the Registration link at the top or any page. Or click here. Then check your e-mail for a verification link and follow the instructions in the e-mail.

Q - How do I change my basic account information?

Login and go to the "My Account" section on your My Page.

Q - I forgot my username/password. What do I do?

Click here or on the Forgot username/password link at the bottom of any page and follow the instructions.

Q - How do I comment or add a written review?

If you haven't already, register for our site. Then login and click on the comment feature on any of the video review pages.

Q - I know this really awesome place/event, but I can't find it on the site! Can you create a page for it?

If you haven't tried already, type its name into the search bar. Check for spelling errors. Also, try to limit your query to keywords. For example, if you are looking for ABC Neighborhood Bar and Grille, try only searching for the term ABC. If it's still not there, just contact us and let us know the name of the establishment, where it's located, and a phone number if you have it and we'll get our crew over there as soon as we can.

Q - Can I get interviewed?

Absolutely—just keep your eyes open for one of our ULoveNY crew roaming the streets of NYC. They'll be wearing ULoveNY gear with the ULoveNY logo on it.

Q - I am a business owner. How do I get video reviews for my establishment?

If you are a business owner and would like our crew to interview you and your patrons, please contact us. Be sure to let us know who you are, where you're from, your contact information, and the best time to reach you.

Q - I am a business owner and got a few negative reviews. How do I change that? Will you take them off?

ULoveNY is an unbiased review site showcasing people's honest experiences at a particular venue, so the good and the bad go in. To maintain impartiality, we cannot remove a review based on the fact it may be unfavorable. It is suggested that you take into consideration why you received negative reviews and improve in that area so that your patrons will have a better experience and give more positive reviews in the future.

Q - This looks like fun! How do I become a part of the ULoveNY team as a videographer or editor?

Q - What does ULoveNY do with my personal information?

We take your privacy very seriously. We do not and will not sell your personal information.

Q - How do I unsubscribe from ULoveNY e-mails?

At the bottom of each newsletter e-mail, there are unsubscribe instructions and an unsubscribe link. If you have already unsubscribed and are still receiving ULoveNY e-mails, please contact us at support@ULoveNY.com.

Q - How do I cancel my ULoveNY account?

Simply send an e-mail to accounts@uloveny.com with "cancel account" in the subject line.
